The new website will have the address www.ulsterhistoricalfoundation.com and our current website address www.ancestryireland.com will automatically redirect you to the new site when it launches.
All of your existing membership details (interests, purchased credits etc) will be automatically transferred to the new site.
You will be able to browse and use our databases as you always have done, but you might be interested to know that we are now offering a subscription to our birth, marriage and death databases as we feel this best utilises the improvements we have made to our records.
Before the site goes live we are offering you the chance to upgrade your membership to ‘Guild Plus’ which includes this new subscription feature to search and view our birth, marriage and death records.
For a small charge of £14.97 you can add a subscription to our BMD databases for the duration of your current Guild membership (currently due to expire in 2026) meaning that you unlimited access to our databases, and have unlimited searches and views.
