.
Giving Tuesday only happens once a year and it is a day where people are encouraged to “give back” and support causes and organisations close to their heart. For Giving Tuesday 2020, please support Ulster Historical Foundation.
This year, if you choose to donate towards the work of the Ulster Historical Foundation, 100% of your donation will support our mission to help individuals, families and communities around the world trace and share their family history and take pride in their Irish and Scots-Irish heritage.

How To Donate
There are many ways in which you can support us and any contribution, large or small, really does make a difference and is greatly appreciated. You can:
- Make a one-off donation
- Contribute towards a particular Foundation project or fundraising campaign
- You can also become a Guild member which, along with supporting the Foundation's charitable endeavours, also directly benefits you as someone with a unique interest in the story of Ulster.

Tax Efficient Giving
.
With the end of the current tax year ahead, residents of the USA can benefit from tax-efficient giving through the Foundation's 'designated gifts' arrangement with The Irish American Partnership (The Irish American Partnership, 15 Broad Street Suite 501, Boston, MA 02109).
Donors can support the work of the Ulster Historical Foundation through the Irish American Partnership's website
Gift Aid (for U.K. Taxpayers)
.
Gift Aid is a simple, yet very effective way of giving to charity. For every pound you are able to give the Foundation, HM Revenue and Customs will add an extra and substantial 25 pence. This is at absolutely no cost to you. If you are a U.K. tax payer and pay tax at the higher rate, a gift aid contribution to the Foundation can also reduce your tax liability.
