I have forgotten my password and/or membership number, what should I do?
Complete the forgot password form. If you don't have access to your account's email address you will have to contact us.
How do I buy credits?
First of all you need to log in, then click on Buy Credits in the main menu. Credits can sometimes take a few minutes to update in your account but if you're worried you haven't received them then please get in touch.
How do I view recently purchased records within the 100 day limit?
To view recently purchased records you first have to be logged in. Once logged in, click 'MEMBERSHIP' in the main menu and then click 'My Records'.
How do I view or change my account details?
First, make sure you are logged in. Once logged in, click 'MEMBERSHIP' in the main menu and then click 'My Account'. You can update your details on this page.
How do I change my password?
First, make sure you are logged in. Once logged in, click 'MEMBERSHIP' in the main menu and then click 'My Account'.
How do I renew my membership?
First, make sure you are logged in. Once logged in, click 'MEMBERSHIP' in the main menu and then choose a membership option under 'Renew/Upgrade Membership'.
How do I access the member's area?
Click MEMBERS' AREA in the main menu. You will only see the contents of the Members' Area if you are logged in as a Guild member.
