Registration & Payment

The rates below are per person based on two people sharing a twin/double room. If you are travelling alone and are willing to share accommodation we will endeavour, if possible, to room you with a same-sex Summer School participant. If you wish to room alone, there is a single room supplement of £210.

Please Note: The University of Ulster fees vary depending on whether or not you are resident in the European Union (EU).

Delegates with any special dietary needs or mobility problems should advise us of their requirements on registering so that adequate provision can be made.

Any delegate who wishes to cancel their booking before 30 April 2012 can do so with a 10% penalty charge. For cancellations after 30 April there will be a penalty charge of 40% of the summer school fee. Any cancellations received within a two-week period prior to the commencement of the summer school will be liable to a penalty charge of 80% of the summer school fee. Any cancellations received from individuals due to medical conditions will be treated as sympathetically as possible.
