Additional information
The rate assumes that accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin/double room. If you are travelling alone and are willing to share accommodation we will endeavour to room you with a same-sex Summer School participant. If a single-occupancy room is necessary there will be an additional cost of £120 for the week.
Delegates with any special dietary needs or mobility problems should advise the Foundation of their requirements on registering so that adequate provision can be made.
Cancellations and refunds
Any delegate who wishes to cancel their booking before 31 March 2009 can do so without further penalty. For cancellations after 31 March there will be a penalty charge of 20% of the summer school fee. Any cancellations received within a two-week period prior to the summer school will be liable to a penalty charge of 40% of the summer school fee. Any cancellations received from individuals due to medical conditions will be treated as sympathetically as possible.
